Since our lift ceased tp operate in Early Feb this year this company has not been able to repair it. To date (28 March) it is still out of order and we have no idea when it will be fixed. All we have to date is excuses. Frail tenants have been forced to climb stairs since it went out. Not service. Would not recommend to anyone.
