Had raised concern of a rattle under the bonnet at two services. After picking up the vehicle the issued had not been fixed. I checked myself to find the bolts securing the air filter box were all about to fall out!!! Poor quality control and rude customer service !!!!!!
Was really disappointed with the salesman today. Was difficult to deal with, not forthcoming in providing assistance and solutions or alternatives when no stock was available of the model I enquired about. Ended up walking out, one phone call to another dealer and he sourced the exact model I wanted, got it onsite for me to test drive and secured the sale. Massive contrast in sales techniques and professionalism.
