I dealt with James in new car sales, I found him to have a great honest and zero pressure approach. It helped make the decision easier. Previously I'd been in to other brand dealers and went forward and back for a couple weeks, James was honest and super happy with the Amarok. Thanks again, great service should be noted! Jason.

Would never use again, they didn't show any attention to detail, left the car interior pulled apart and food wrappers inside that weren't there prior. Considering the cost it was definitely not worth it and they accepted no responsibility at all. Disgusting! Worst car service in my experience thus far.
This is the worst company we have ever dealt with ! Maybe Legally right but morally shameful ! We put a 1000 deposit on a new Polo in the showroom on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time, in January this year (without realising there was no cooling off period on new vehicles) the company spent all of 45 minutes with us. The following Monday morning we informed the company we had changed our mind, for financial reasons, we had over committed and could we have a refund. They were closed on Sunday so Monday was our first opportunity to inform them. When we informed them we were told they would call us back, on Tuesday morning I called again, no response, on Wednesday morning called again and finally at around 4.00 a manager called me back and informed me he would not be refunding our deposit. We sent several emails to explain our circumstances, each time asking for acknowledgment of the emails, but to date we have never received acknowledgment of any correspondence. The company’s response is that they are legally in the right, which may be so but morally wrong. To keep over a week’s wage for 45 minutes work is shameful. We would not deal with or recommend this company to anyone, be very careful before you handover money to this company, as they are unwilling to discuss the issues or refund your money. We would have been happy to get even a portion of the deposit back, had the company responded to any of our correspondence.
Pre-sales service was absolutely stellar. Deb in particular was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was accommodating and helpful in finding a suitable car for my needs - Including test drives & hands-on comparisons of multiple GTI model vehicles.

Not interested in selling there cars i reckon. Been there looking at cars for about 10-15 mins and no one even bothered to approach us to check if we need any help and its not busy at all as had only one customer at that time. I better spend my 50 grands somewhere else who atleast have some willingness to sell, service is still too far away.
My experience with Southern Volkswagen was really good. DANE the Salesman was every bit attentive, polite and thorough in showing me the Polo, from the time we first looked at the car to the time I drove it out the showroom. He went out of his way to accommodate me in every question put to him. How exciting it was to have those bows put on the car, it made it all so special. Thank you Dane! Thank you too to PAUl who expeditiously handled the financials with understanding of his product knowledge we were able to get through all, which is usually quite stressful financially, with ease. You have a great team VW and I would not hesitate to recommend you! Thank you and I am very proud of my POLO!
