We have been the proud owners of Southern Stainless marine BBQs for many Many years. Our current one was 17 years old, we returned to SS for checking and repairing. The advice given was we should consider updating it rather than repair it, we believed this was good advice from their technical department. A new deluxe electric BBQ was ordered and shipped. Unfortunately there were a few issues that occurred. Theses were reported to Suzanne and within 24 hours our concerns and issues we’re rectified. It was quite obvious that the team at SS were truly customer focused And to use an old adage it was more than apparent SS truely believe that the customer is the most important person in you’re business. We bought the Infinity Grill and also the Teppanyaki grill from Southern Stainless. I was a little nervous about doing this as there's not too many online reviews to find on them. I am so glad I did. They are both incredible grills and the best I have used. The Infinity Grill gets a great heat so you can sear your meat like no other. You just can't compare other bbqs to this. It is also a breeze to clean which is very important. Both units are of quality construction and very solid. They also look fantastic side by side. Southern Stainless were also great to deal with as a company.
We love the modern contemporary look and quality of stainless steel firepit and nothing could beat the one we’ve got from this company. The delivery was very prompt and efficient. Great service from Sale, Admin and dispatch.

Southern Stainless replaced the bow rail on my boat and their attention to detail surpassed my expectations. They even inserted a wire trace within the tubing to make it easier to pull the navigation wiring through to the deck.
Many thanks to the fantastic team at Southern Stainless who recently repaired my good old bbq. I've had this barbie for over 20 years and cooked more meals than u could imagine. The boys found a spiders web blocking the gas flow and apart from that was as good as a new one on their showroom floor. It's a credit to their product, service and the team.Now it's good for the next 20 years. Well done Southern Stainless.
