Great job by the team on a tricky upstairs installation, very good electrician, tested the loads, found the best way to connect the unit and good problem solving on site to fit unit to an upstairs room with restricted access. On time, finished off well, site clean, well done. Will use again. Recommended.

We were very happy with the service received. Ryan was punctual, friendly, and worked in a very efficient manner. He got the job done on time, and we were very pleased with the result. I would rate the service at 10 out of 10!

Recently had 2 small split systems installed in 2 bedrooms. Both days of installation Ryan was prompt, friendly and professional. Highly recommend RCD Electrical as the whole experience starting with the initial call was an easy process. Great to use a local company who take pride in their work.

Hey guys, this review is not to discredit their workmanship as they are very professional, knowledgeable and very experienced in their field. Their quality of workmanship is excellent, and by all means use them for all your ac needs, they are really good. This review is only based on my personal experience. At 8months pregnant during summer I was really struggling with the heat, the fan didn't cut it and I took multiple cold showers, visited my sister's place to sit in her AC just to get my temp down. I had to wait I believe 5 - 6 weeks for the AC to get fixed as the part was covered by warranty and I didn't need to pay for the job. The part arrived after 3 weeks ( i called every week to check ) but I was just waiting for availability as there were other paid jobs before me. My disappointment was not being priority considering I was heavily pregnant and I was so stressed from the heat which became a risk for me during pregnancy. Even tho I had explained, and my husband (he works FIFO) explained the urgency, I still had to wait for availability. We would've opted to use another company but the warranty part was with them. It was just terrible experience and there were many many tears. I hope I never have to go through this again while being pregnant. on the job tho, everything was fixed after 3-4hrs and I was so relieved once it was fixed.

Easy to book fitting of 2 external up/down lights. Ryan called to say he was running early and to check if OK to come out. Job was completed well / tidy afterwards and very easy to deal with.

They were okay. The guy that came out was good and really knew his stuff. That said, I'm not sure this air conditioner servicing is worth the money or rather if what is promised is actually done. The list of service checks is impressive and encourages you to think you are ensuring your air conditioner is working effectively. However, after paying for 2 different highly-rated businesses (including RCD) to do the servicing of our ducted refrigerated system, I'm not convinced these guys really follow the script. They seem to fly in and out and before you know it, you're swiping your credit card across their mobile bill paying device. I don't recall any "Air temperature testing" or "Zone system testing" or "Electrical terminal tightening". "Parts testing including motor or compressor, circuit boards, solenoids, drain valves and pumps" sounds impressive, but did that all happen? I really don't know at what level these things are performed. I ended up with a quote to repair a refrigerant leak in the system, which was simply the hourly labour rate and the cost per litre of refrigerant, but no actual quantifiable numbers. I'm sure a proper quote can easily be supplied, but the whole thing seems a bit casual. How about providing a diagnostic report after the service guys?
