Staff were great and were not arrogant when I was here. The facility is very secure and I believe it's also undercover parking. 2 stars because the parking fees are ridiculous and they won't allow you to remove your vehicle until 28 days otherwise it's a hefty process to take your vehicle out early. Which you yourself cannot do, a friend or family member has to.
