This business is owned by Michael Vaughn (aka Michael Mellor), an ex-policeman from Mornington. He has ripped me off and allegedly also ripped off a number of other people. Over the last 5 years, he has changed business names many times, possibly to avoid paying his debts. Originally he was Southern Deck Builders, then Melbourne Deck Builders, then Rock Solid Decks, then Cazmic Decking and Landscapes, then Jetty Road Constructions and now Michael Vaughn Decking & Landscapes) He's changed his name recently to Michael Vaughn from Michael Mellor. He is currently has a bankruptcy application pending in the Federal Court. Be careful of this guy.
