I found Southern Cross Pet Services to be very professional in their services. Staff were fantastic. My very old boy came home in a beautiful box, in a silk bag, with a certificate and plaque. Thank you very much for making my little old mans passing more dignified. I would highly recommend SCPS to anyone.

What a truly lovely company to deal with. I thought I had a rather strange request, I wanted to keep my old mate Henry the Pekin rooster with me, so my friend suggested cremation. I contacted a couple of companies and finally settled on Southern Cross Pet Services. They did not disappoint!! Walked me through the process gently and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. And when Henry was home, which was very quick under 5 days, the presentation was outstanding. I settled on the bio-degradable urn option. Well done guys and girls at Southern Cross Pet Services, I will crow your praises as much as Henry would have!
When I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Gypsy recently, I felt so lost. Olivia from SCPS was wonderful. She guided me through the cremation process, answering any questions I had. I felt very reassurred. I highly recommend Southern Cross Pet Services to any pet owner.
I engaged the services of southern cross pet services after much research. I was not prepared to entrust my beautiful Sam to just anyone after I had a bad experience with another service with my last pet. They guaranteed individual cremation and he was returned in a beautiful Urn that I selected from their range of urns. There was an engraved plate as I requested too. The urn came in a Lovely blue velvet bag in a white carry bag. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Thanks again and my Sam sits pride of place in the lounge at home.
My family & I cant express our deapest gratitude to Olivia and her team. Olivia was so respectful, kind hearted and trully made me feel at ease. Having met her made us realise our gorgeous boy was being left in the best care. Having collected him today i am totally overwhelmed with the service we have recieved. My experience with Southern Cross pet services has been brilliant in all aspects. A clear honestly priced website, little touches with no charge and oh so caring and friendly. Our rabbit Chocolat was cremated and returned within 24 hours in a beautiful scatter tin wrapped in a navy satin bag with pawprints and certificate. The kids were very pleased. Could not recommend Southern Cross Pet Services more. Sincere thanks to the team.

Excellent fast service had my baby Otto cremated with you guys he was only 5 years old you took great care of him and had him back with me so quickly thanks guys
