Great service from Southern Cross Fitness, huge showroom with helpful staff. As for the Boxing Reflex Bag I purchased. Great quality product and more importantly a great price. Same Item on Amazon was anywhere between 400 -700 I paid no where near that. Highly recommend these guys

I highly recommend this business. Costumer service is excellent. Sarah was happy to help and answer my questions with prompt replays to all my emails. In addition the delivery was super quick. I ordered the treadmill on 31/08 and it delivered to me in Melbourne today 03/09.

When buying from any company, you might want to consider what happens post-sales, when things go wrong, rather than what happens pre-sales when things are mainly positive and problem free. My experience of this company and their attitude to me, was not a positive one. After weeks of backwards and forwards, and being offered what the company deemed more than accommodating alternates, I lodged an application with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal to seek a refund. The company provided a refund for the product, but not the return freight costs just prior to the hearing (we continue to disagree on what is a 'major problem' and who was responsible for freight costs). Things do go wrong, it's part of life, but it shouldn't be this hard or take this long, and I should have been able to walk away, still able to write a glowing review.

Good Afternoon All, I would love to take this opportunity in totally recommending Dan, Steph, Sara and the team at SCF for their outstanding customer service, attention to detail and extremely professional service. Yes, 2020 has been a very turbulent year for us all, however, I have always found this wonderful team go well and above the lengths of customer service that we all experience on a daily basis. It has taken a bit longer for some equipment to be delivered to them, however, this has not been their fault. I have bought a huge amount of equipment, both cardio, weight bearing and boxing equipment from them. They have kept me up to date constantly with expected delivery dates etc. I give them a HUGE recommendation. In addition, any of my own clients or friends that I have sent to see them have been more than extremely impressed with the same sentiments expressed to myself. Thank you Team SCF. I shall certainly be doing business with you in the future. They have been that Great, that they are now my only supplier.

Ordered weights back at the end of April. Just received them today at the end of October...Customer service was terrible, only gave me updates when I contacted them first and broke several extended times they gave me. Understand wait times to be longer for to covid but 6 months is an absolute joke.
