A good restaurant. Nice ambience, fantastic service (shout out to Hardial, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and friendly), extensive menu with a variety of dishes. It actually would've been 5 stars but for a couple of things: it's a steakhouse, but honestly the steak wasn't great, in the sense that there were just chunks of fat I couldn't chew through and it just wasn't very appetising after that. Also, they charged 13 for a single baked potato which I found ridiculously overpriced - on the menu it says "baked potatoes" in the plural but it was literally a single baked potato that wasn't large so that was weird. But apart from those things, we actually had a really nice night out. Overall, I would come back but I don't think I'd have the Monte rib-eye which was a disappointment. The ribs looked good on the other table so I think I'd try that next time.

Thank you to Joy and our waitress Christine for a lovely evening. It was my friends birthday and from the start of the evening everything was really great, nice ambience, friendly staff, good wine and the food was mostly delicious. I had a problem with my steak and Joy (manager) promptly attended and offered to replace it with something else. When I mentioned it was my friends birthday she returned with a sweet little desert and candle. It's the little service recovery techniques that really show the difference between average restaurants and professional establishments like this. Thanks again Joy and everyone for a lovely experience.

Had dinner on Thursday evening to celebrate my partners birthday. We were seated by the window and the lighting complimented the experience. The steak was exquisite and the wine list very well rounded. We had the scallops as an entree and it was the perfect size to share without spoiling our 300g rib eyes. Dessert was perfectly proportioned so we weren’t stuffed and the chef wrote happy birthday on my partners plate. Which although often done, felt very special. Mary looked after us upstairs and was an absolute delight with an apt knowledge of all the products on both the wine list and the food menu. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Came here with a group of 9 for a birthday and thought that it was very well reasonably priced. The rib eye steak with chips was roughly 42. However, the group had two glasses of wine with their meal and came to a total of 680. I thought the food tasted quite well. Nothing spectacular, but the price and quality was definitely justifiable. Service was extremely pleasant. I would come here for a regular catch up or just to relax on a Friday night. Quality is on. Taste is on. Price is on. Atmosphere is on. Would recommend and come again!!

Waitress dropped a full plate of food right down the back of my partners chair which left mushroom gravy stains on her dress and inside her handbag which was on the end of her chair. Free glass of muscato was offered as a sorry. Her main came out and other than the salt level being incredibly high was tasteless. Had to argue with the manager to get a better compensation than a free glass of wine. My steak was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed it but a pretty underwhelming dining experience. The steak saved this review from being a 1 star.

Loves the atmosphere here, and the people. They are a friendly bunch and food is great. They are quite busy to worth booking prior to your visits. The meat is really good and the staff knows what they are doing when they give you recommendations. Also if you request they do write happy birthday on the desert plates. So will definitely suit a celebration.

The speed and type of service we got from the 3 people that were looking after us was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. Great location and lovely clean restaurant. I would highly recommend it.

Have eaten here more than once and each time it's been delicious. Steak is a good cut and well cooked (always go Medium-Rare). Sides are also really tasty and there is a good selection of complimenting wines. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Great for special occasions or date nights.
