Terrible service. I've been locked out of my account for 4 days now. It has all my important services connected to it. My bills etc. I've called 4 days in a row to talk to someone and they put me on hold for over an hour then disconnect the line. I never get a call back. I need to get into my account asap. I have a doctors letter I need to retrieve. Seriously not good enough. If you think my credentials are at risk. A week is not good enough for it not to be resolved. Any losses your covering now. Would expect better from such a large business.
3 months and still waiting for a replacement device which failed in warranty. Initially they sent another faulty device and now 3 months waiting and nothing from them. For all you guys in Australia - know your rights. You can actually lodge a dispute with VCAT in victoria and similar bodies in other states. Under Australian Consumer Law - a device should work for a reasonable period of time (regardless of manufacturer warranty which is usually 1 year). A 2500 device fails after 2 years and manufacturer tells you off - but under the Consumer Law a 2500 flagship device should work for a reasonable period of time which is at least 3 years or 4 years. So I would suggest to lodge your disputes and you will be entitled to a refund or a brand new replacement like for like. I have my dispute lodged and awaiting a hearing. In the meantimåçe I got the best of the best out there with product and customer service - Apple macbook pro - the best after sales service in Australia
