Since moving to the local area, I have used Pro Lab for my 35mm film processing. The guys (John and Steve, I think) are super friendly and I always look forward to going in. The film always comes out great and they only do high-quality scans, unlike some other places. They're also more than happy to talk you through the development process, and film in general, which is great!
