After buying a Surface Pro the guys from Multimode did all the setup only to find out that the camera was faulty and the machine needed to be replaced under warranty. No bother for these guys, they wiped my data, and then once I had swapped the unit they did the set up all over again. They were much more calm, reassuring and professional than I was about the whole saga. Overall I ended up a very happy camper!

Without doubt the most professional remote service we have used. Even under the pandemic crisis there has been no change in their service. The only item that does not match their quality of work is their pricing, they are by far more cost effective than the other service providers we have engaged. 5 starts does them no justice
