Fantastic place to visit if you like gardens and cacti/succulents. Weekends are very busy so get there early. Lovely formal succulent garden nearby.

A true highlight to the botanical gardens, surrounded by an abundance of cactus, a circular board walk leads you to floating islands at the top.

An amazing selection of plants of great to see how the recycled water is filtered naturally by the plants.

Very interesting combination of water garden pond and arid garden showcasing plants that will work for Melbourne in the near certain arid future from climate change. A well curated garden within the Rotal Botanical Gardens.
