Amazing products and awesome service. Went in on Saturday and the power had gone out in the whole market, but to their credit they had the mobile phone lights out for customers to see easier. Picked up a Cape Grim MB4 scotch & sirloin which were incredible, plus 4 different sausages which were too hard to pick a winner from as they were all perfect. The wife and I will be back real soon! Thanks to the lady that served us!

Went to Gary’s for the first time and we’ll be back! Beautiful beef fillet for our steak tartare, and it was perfectly prepared making things super easy for us! The shop is friendly, clean and filled with so many delicious things we can’t wait to try :)

The meat looks very fresh, the staff are friendly and they offer some unique cuts that are hard to find anywhere else. Also try the sausages... Highly recommended

I have been shopping off Gary for years now and he has never failed to impress! The service is always fantastic and there are so many options! Myself, I love the Salt Bush Lamb Rack(Gary frequently does it as a crown roast for me) and any of the Aged beef it really is just that much better than regular beef!

Simply the best in Melbourne. I've been getting meat here since I was young with my parents - dry aged to perfection. Don't go past Gary's! Thank you for all your service and recommendations over the years. In general I love the area and it's nice to go out and have "fun" getting the "groceries".

Outstanding butcher. Seriously good quality meats. Was reading the reviews and the one by Lyn Rochow made me laugh... clearly born yesterday. If you are buying a cut of meat, don't expect a butcher to just cut bits off and sell you the remaining part. Do you wander into supermarkets and tear open a packet of donuts and ask to be only charged for the donuts in your mouth? LOL.
