Never AGAIN. Talking amongst themselves, prioritising males who were behind me in an unprofessional manner. Won’t be supporting this local business when there are plenty more close by including newly opened chemist warehouse toorak road

Took the two ladies 10 minutes to give me the medicine. They seemed to be more keen to flirt with any male customers. When I reminded them I'm still waiting , they put on high pitch voice and a very grumpy face : it's coming ! (They together said exactly these words as if they have rehearsed many times )
Astonishingly rude and appalling service considering current health and isolation concerns. Overheard service lady whispering to pharmacist about my request - hard to miss in small shop (heaven forbid supporting local). My request for repeat script one tablet denied even though ongoing medication and pharmacists closed as Good Friday so spent 2 hours in car finding chemist open who filled script that was left by regular GP to collect GF AM as he’d been in 14 day’s isolation post overseas holiday Paid 30 less for script from Amcal in high street Armadale

Maybe it’s the proximity to the gardens and the beautiful people of the Domain Village. But this is a great pharmacy. Always so pleasant. If I need the medicine. They got it.
