I didn't find what I was looking for, but I just gotta say that the pregnant lady (I forgot to ask for her name) working in the store was absolutely amazing- extremely helpful (without being pushy), very knowledgeable and super friendly. You made my day! :)

Had a most pleasant 5-star shopping adventure at Ecco today. Kudos to Valerie who is simply awesome. Patiently shared her impressive product knowledge. Not pushy at all. Must have tried at least 8 pairs of shoes from my initial choice of sneakers and flats to Valerie's recommendations of heels and sneakers! Eventually walked away with 2 pairs. Many Thanks, Valerie!!
