An interesting range of products are sold from fruit and veg, to live fish and birds. Some of the pet items were old and out of date. The rear of the store was dark and somewhat unclean. The fresh produce appeared good quality. There were some nice fish available, they were largely in good condition. It is an interesting store to explore. It has an unusual layout with many unexpected surprises around each corner. Worth a visit.

Ive been going here for years. The owner, Alan is not very friendly but after my experience on Saturday 18th July I will never set foot in there again. He shouted and swore and was extremely angry that I rang the bell for assistance. I understand that he was busy with a delivery. I understand that he had set the door tag to 'closed' but I was not aware of this. He obviously hadn't realised I was still in the store and that's frustrating but it wasn't my fault. Busy or not, theres no excuse for such poor customer service and I was genuinely scared and even more so when.I realised I had been locked in and didn't even know it. Very disappointing experience.
