Excellent service, if I ever need anything framed in the future I will be coming back here! I ordered a Spiderman movie poster online for my boyfriend for Christmas and it came in the mail folded and tattered at the edges. I hardly recognised it once he had framed it for me - the canvas had no creases in it and the silver frame he helped me choose was great! It was just before Christmas as well and despite being super busy he had it ready for me within a few days!

This is a bit of a belated review but I wanted to post as we have had a brilliant experience at Whiteframe and in particular Duncan's attention to detail. We had an awkward alcove in the front entry to our house that we had struggled to find the right piece of art at an affordable price. I eventually found a print online that I loved but was slightly too long for the space. I had a chat to Duncan who took the time before I had even purchased the print, and he worked out that he could trim the length slightly without encroaching on the main content of the print. I then purchased and went back with the print. We went in with the size of the alcove, the print and Duncan took the time to examine the print, working out top and bottom and worked out where best he could take some length from. He has then framed it so it fits PERFECTLY in our alcove and looks absolutely gorgeous in the front entry of our home. You cannot tell that he has trimmed some of the length off and he has done an amazing job. I thank Duncan and Whiteframe every day as I walk past the front entry of our home!
I would definitely recommend White Frame to anyone wanting quality, friendly and responsive service. Both Angela and Duncan were able to assist me with framing options and Duncan went out of his way to deliver our artwork. Love the the finished piece!
White Frame did such a fantastic job framing my pieces. I’d procrastinated for years dreading a difficult decision making process but had I known how easy Duncan was going to make it for me I would’ve gotten them framed an age ago. It was a joy to watch him work to choose the perfect framing combinations. He’s professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and obviously passionate about his work. Highly recommended and will definitely return in future.
