Super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Chris got a good understanding of my needs, and the installers did a great job getting everything up and running. The only downer is that as soon as the panels went up, the overcast weather rolled in. Infinite Energy needs to control the weather a bit better, that's my only issue, I need more sun! Thank you Infinite Energy!

From the time we met Chris Barnes at home to discuss our options, through price negotiations and to the installation of the system, Infinite Energy has been nothing but professional, efficient and well priced. Chris was very approachable and you knew that he was trying to sort you out with the best solutions for the house and for our needs (not the most expensive!) Please extend our thanks to Dan from West State Electrics and his team. They were all polite, professional and considerate! They all came to introduce themselves and Dan was very helpful in sorting out options for the cabling and moving things in the garage. They left the area neat and tidy and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing the whole time. We highly recommend him and his team.

We had our 6.5kw Solar System installed in May 2019. Our rep at Infinite Energy was Justin who came out and quoted, explained everything very well, and handled our install very professionally. Our system has proved faultless to date and the install was an exceptionally neat and tidy job. In Jan 2020 our Synergy invoice was just 9.93 after rebates for 62days billing - exceptional; this is with running 2 pool pumps at 1.2kw each (one solar heater, one for pool filter) plus normal household daily usage. This is down from 577.95 in January the year before the Solar install. Our average synergy cost per month from June 2019 to June 2020 is 35.88. Now that is spectacular and we are ecstatic. Having explained the savings we've achieved please be aware that all our Solar Panels are installed on our North facing roof. You will not get these sort of figure savings if panels split in any other configuration i.e. some on north face and some on either west or east face. Many people we've spoken to don't get our great power bill reductions because of this point. Another point is go with the best quality panels you can afford (we opted for Sunpower panels) due to their higher output and greater warranty. Thank you Infinite Energy for your great advice, installation and ongoing customer service, we can thoroughly recommend your company.

Whilst the system we have had installed is fantastic and is exactly what we were told it would be. The installation experience has been very disappointing as the installers have walked in between the beams on our tin roof and have left kinks in our roof and now will not acknowledge or take responsibility for the damage caused.

Louis and team provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision with no pressure. Infinite Energy use the best materials and the best installers and did everything they could to make the whole experience a good as it possibly could be. I would not hesitate to use them for my next solar project.

I reached out to Infinite Energy for a residential solar PV system quote. I had known about Infinite's excellent reputation, and the fact they have presences across Australia means they are a big company. This instilled a lot of confidence. Chris Barnes, the Energy Consultant visited our home and was very helpful in explaining how the system would work, pricing options and estimated payback periods. Chris recommended a 20 panel, 6.5 kW system with a 5 kW inverter. We also got online monitoring system setup, too. This is an excellent tool for seeing how much money you are saving! The installers, led by Yon Yu, arrived on time, were polite and respectful. They explained some necessary changes to the system design due to our roof tiles being quite brittle. They reassured us the system would still perform to spec. The system has been running for about two weeks and so far, the solar panels are generating 70% of our home's power. It's incredible. We have the air conditioning running most of the day and we're still sending electricity back to the grid. It can be quite addictive seeing these cost savings on the mobile app. Once solar batteries become more cost-effective, we'll be asking Infinite to add one to our system quick smart. We are very happy with the complete customer experience from Infinite Energy. I have no hesitation recommending Infinite Energy. In my humble opinion, they are the best solar company in Australia. Thank you, guys.

Very disappointed with our experience with Infinite in Perth overall. The initial customer engagement and sales piece was handled very well by Louis Stone, but we encountered some issues with our install in a new build due to lack of communication between the technicians and our builder. These were resolved satisfactorily however and we thought that was the end of it. Fast forward to this year and we learn that our battery and inverters aren't functioning correctly (and only found this out because we called Infinite to reconfigure the inverters to connect to our new WiFi router). We've had two technician visits in the space of a month, which took countless follow ups to arrange, but neither visit has yielded a positive outcome. No indication from Infinite as to what the problem is or when it will be resolved in spite of repeated follow-ups. Appears as though the focus is on getting the work through the door with no regard for customer support thereafter.
