Phoned to buy a Nissan. When I selected sales I was put on hold for about 90 seconds; then it said “goodbye” and hung up. No option to leave a message to get a call back. Shambolic.

Parts service try hard, yes they did get my part wrong, but the correct one came in the next day. Top marks to Tim, he try's hard and his enthusiasm is great to see
Only go their for free service for new car purchase they give you a report that go over it but when i checked oil it was still black mmm there cars for sale are bit dearer than other dealership for same car
Major repairs required. All good except a quoted three days turned into almost three weeks. Then 4.30pm pick up turned into 8.30 next morning, then just an hour ant then just another hour and three quarters. Happy with car etc but had to cancel trip to visit 90yr old mother. And another day passes.
Always been great, one of the only dealers we like. service department is very helpful and is willing to help. We had a bad cvt failed in our x trail. And we wanted to replace the oil this time in the new cvt that was replaced as the old one never had the cvt oil replaced "long-life oil" this time I want to replace the oil and this dealership was happy to replace it after I told them my concerns. Will be always going back.
Bought my new vehicle from here due for service next week will.see what the after sales service is like then
E-mailed Dealership last Wednesday 27/6 advising Fair Trading advised to drop Navara back to dealer. Advised dealer I would drop car off 3/7which I did. Received E-mail 4.02pm 4/7 saying vehicle booked in for service 5/7.Rang they said had to make time for work to be done I said what after 2 days
