We have had all our vehicles and trailers serviced at 02 auto sports for the last 12 years. We have always found them to be thorough in the way they service the vehicles. Upfront when it comes to the servicing costs. There was only one occasion in this whole time when i was not completely happy with the work that was carried out. In this case i believe they misunderstood what I had asked to be done to the vehicle and i was concerned that i had paid for work I had not asked for. I brought this issue up with the manager and he understood my concerns and offered me a financial compromise. We are more than happy to recommend this company for all your vehicle servicing requirements. Thankyou Mick and Belinda

Service is slow and they don't always fix what you pay for and prices are a little bit high. Shame it's the only polaris place around the area
Bad mechanic, dodgy. Attempt to overcharge me for diagnosing a problem. Management Rude, put no effort in to talk to the customer. Mechanics don't know what they are doing. Spent over 8 hours trying to diagnose a simple electrical problem and got charged for that even though the problem never got fixed. I have to pay for things I didn't want nor need and the Jetski is still not working and has the same problems it came into the shop with. The only positive is the receptionist and how she handled the situation other then that don't go there. Also some of the reviews posted here are fake, such as one from first state smoke alarms.
I've been going to 02 Auto Sports for vehicle services for about 15 years. In my experience 02 has always provided excellent service from a friendly and always helpful team. Whenever there's been an issue that may involve additional expense (not often) I have always been contacted with an explanation and asked if I wish to proceed. Highly recommended.
EXCELLENT, BRILLIANT, PROFESSIONAL !!! I purchased a car from these guys and had nothing but the best service possible. Drove 300kms to pick up car from home and was a little late, Nathan stayed back to meet me, Great stuff.. The car had an issue with the p/steering pump and he said he would help once I got a quote and repaired it. i did this and he offered to pay for the job or do it himself. The job was done by my technician and O2 Motorsports helped with the costs. Could not ask for better service. Nathan and Beau you are the best!! I too work in the automotive industry and have to simply say ...... VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OUTFIT
WARNING!!! Do not buy a car or do any business with these people, they are corrupt and rude, bought a car off them sold as roadworthy with a roadworthy certificate only to find the car is not roadworthy and unable to be registered, asked politely for a refund was denied, they only offered to repair the issues, I chose not to do business with these people so am going through a leagal battle to recover my losses. They have also been reported to appropriate authorities regarding the dodgy/ileagal roadworthy certificate that was provided with the car. Check all the other bad reviews.
I would not Trust anyone else with my car. To be honest I hate cars and they don't like me. I trust Nathan to always tell me the truth and that he won't rip me off. I have a family and want to be safe on the roads. with O2 I know that I am well looked after. A Free loan car while my car is being serviced means I can get on with my day with no stress. I would not go past this man and his team!
