Fantastic professional work. Excellent consultation. Their lead hairdresser repaired a hack job done elsewhere and made it look like that had been the intention all along. They know their stuff and their colour work is great. I’m getting lots of compliments on my haircut now. Thanks Kristen

So disappointed with how my hair turned out. I spoke to woman on the phone explained what I wanted and she booked me in. Long story short left the salon with a hack job of a haircut paid 70 and burst into tears... NEVER AGAIN. The hairdressers in my experience that work here lack experience however, they do not charge accordingly. Be warned... I did try and reach out to Hairhouse a few times sent pictures via email etc and received one email back but nothing else. Very disappointed - do your research before trusting someone with your hair. My hair is going to take months and months to grow back :-(

Pretty disappointed, I've been coming here for the last 4 years. Got my balayage done and it took 5 hours as the hairdresser was going between 3 customers at once. The balayage is extremely uneven with more foils in certain spots and none in others. The pricing went up since I last came and I payed nearly 100 more than last time to get the same thing done. Really upset but I think it's time to find a new hairdresser

I ordered using door dash and I Could not be happier. The driver rang me just before he was going to drop it off and asked me where to put it. It arrived before lunch time and not only did i get my product but I got some free samples and a free hair spray!!!! They also gave me a 10% off in the salon. I would definately recomend it
