Ross was amazingly helpful with organising some awards for my team. He was quick to respond to questions and the end result was fantastic.
The engraving wasn't in the font requested (No apology just tough luck buddy) and then couldn't take an eftpos payment as the terminal was down so just refused to handover the goods and invoice for them. Somehow he managed to blame me for all this and started getting aggressive over the counter. Was bloody pricy for the 4 words requested and the metal came back scratched up and covered in rust. Seriously just don't bother with this place, let their terrible customer service run them into the ground so a worthwhile business can take over the building.
I was not happy with the service, as firstly I was not telephoned when the minor sports trophy item to be engraved was ready as promised, and it was then far more costly than all other engravers in the city, as my fellow club members confirmed to me, yet the engravers refused to negotiate.
Ross provided great service and a product that met all my expectations. Quickly responded to inquiry via website. Contacted me several times during proof and production to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I would recommend Scotia Engraving.

Amazing work. Dropped by in the morning to get a pen engraved for my wife's Birthday and then had it done in the afternoon right before the Birthday dinner. Very reliable and highly recommended! I will be back for sure.
