I have only just started buying from these guys and the products are great, however their delivery has been really slow as they have taken 5 and 8 days to send my items and couriersplease who these guys use have taken a further 7 and 6 days to deliver from Melbourne to Brisbane! wow. 12 and 17 days from online purchase to delivery between two capital cities! Hope your delivery gets better.

Hi, some feed back from one of your oldest customers This morning (Easter Saturday) in your Market shop as I took an item to the desk for payment one of the staff emerged from the back room still chewing a mouthful of food , licking the remains from her fingers. I declined to be served by her advising her that she was clearly in breach of local Council health by laws that require staff post toilet or food breaks to wash their hands. I suggested that in this time of Covid we all need to take extra care. A light reminder to be met with fulsome sarcasm advising me that Melbourne did NOT have COVID cases. I did not respond by pointing out that we had some 330 deaths in Melbourne no more than 9 months ago. The staff member clearly needs a refresher in service management and in the local health by laws. I could have made a formal complaint to Council which would have meant a mandatory inspection by council officers of your shop and a review of your health and your safety training.
I’ve been coming here for little over two years and I love this place. Such good variety of health food & good quality. You can tell the team there are genuine, they provide great customer service.
There are health food shops and then there is Moses and Co., everything other health food shops should aspire to be. There is an outstanding range featuring many hard to source products backed up by professional knowledge and excellent friendly service from Moses, Om and the team. It is always a pleasure shopping there - they certainly deliver the goods!

I found this fantastic shop when searching for my Culina Biodynamic rice bread & perused their website Placed an order and I called the shop to check on delivery times because I have a disability and prefer to have deliveries in the afternoon and a text before hand I spoke to this lovely vibrant young lady by the name of Alice She advised that she was certain that they could organise something Tracking was available and I received email updates I called once I saw that my delivery was shipped Again spoke to Alice and she took my number so that her boss would call in 10 minutes Her Boss called as promised I received a call from their local courier to advise he was half an hour away in the afternoon Received my delivery to my door in my apartment on level one, contactless of course and he was wearing a mask as was I Fantastic product range Awesome service from start to finish Will definitely buy again Regards Deborah
The staff are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, clearly very passionate about helping people navigate the best products. The shop is immaculate. I love the new design as it makes it very easy to find everything I'm looking for. Omer takes pride in making his customers feel special and welcomed. It is a pleasure to shop at Moses and Co.!
Moses and Co. is my go to store in the South Melbourne Market, the best store in the market! The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, reliable and informed about all of their health and food products. They stock the best, most tasty and ethical products, the store is always very clean and everything is organised and easy to find, online store is also great. I would highly recommend shopping here!
