Delivered my first concept 5 days late, when I was guaranteed the first concept within the first 5 days upon confirmation. This was after I called 3 times the day before my first concept and left voice messages with no call back requested the where about's of my product. I requested a refund immediately after reading the other reviews on Google as per previous experiences with this company and their professionalism. They refunded immediately hence a 2, not 1 star review.

Had a logo designed by this company 3 years ago. Needed a color change. There was a period where I didn't hear anything from them after an initial contact, although this was in the midst of Covid and lockdowns. Then after establishing contact they offered to provide the necessary changes free of charge for the inconvenience. Happy with the final outcome.
The only reason I'm taking a star off is because the last stage of design was a couple of days late, but otherwise it would have been 5 stars. They did exactly what we wanted and I'm now using them for business cards and will hopefully also for website design.
