I've been attending this practice for several years now and I've had consistently excellent support and care. I've seen several different Dr's where my primary Dr hasn't been available (due to me booking late!) and in every instance I've been impressed by the experience. I have never felt rushed, I always feel like there is genuine concern shown for me as a patient and most importantly I feel the Dr's at this practice listen to you as a patient vs just moving instantly to treat. Finally the reception staff are always extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Just a really well run, patient focussed, practice all round.

My family and I have been patients of this Clinic since we moved to Melbourne three years ago. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My husband and I both see Dr Elaine Sung who I feel confident in saying will be our GP for a very long time. She is compassionate, thorough and very approachable. When making referrals to other medical professionals she takes the time to consider not only who is the most competent in their field but also whether their temperament will be suitable. Our children have been seen by Dr Sophie Carter who has shown empathy and consideration especially in the way she communicates with them. Reception/office staff have always been professional and discreet.

I'm really dissapointed in this medical clinic I wished to have an appointment with a doctor who was recommended to me because i am currently suffering sever conditions in my medical issue and they refused to give me an appointment because i have never been there before. Specially when i could see that the doctor had three free appointments today!.... I feel like as a medical centre you should be helping everyone not just people you know

Great practice, wonderful and thorough doctors, I also chose to do my pregnancy care with them and have been so happy with everything from nurse appointments for blood work to reception staff who are always so helpful and friendly. My GP will be our family doctor and she is extremely caring with great rapport and wonderful information no matter what the problem.

Poor duty of Care You never ever send away a person that has walked into your clinic with a head injury possible broken elbow Even if all doctors are in with other patents. You still need to assess the person ask the right questions and call an Ambulance to get him some help.

Care, peace-of-mind and professionalism are the adjectives I'd use to summarise the Drs and staff at this clinic. I've been seeing Dr Sung for over 18 months and hold her clinical expertise in high regard. You won't be able to find a better GP clinic and even during the frustrations of COVID-19 , this clinic has adapted to make all feel welcome. Thank you for your help!
