The place was really nice. Hosts were horrible to communicate with at the start, very stressful experience. Didn't answer any questions and didn't answer calls. Over all experience of the apartment was nice, they picked up communication once we arrived. Very nice place but communication needs to be better.

I felt like home. The location was perfect. I had all the support from the host, easy to get the key. I went to the wineries to The queen’s birthday and was just amazing.
I had an amazing experience with Paul and his team. He couldn’t do enough to help me and the service and the apartment was fantastic. Highly recommended for a Melbourne stay!
Absolutely DISGUSTING service from Paul and the complete host team, stealing large sums of money from hard working people!!! I would highly recommend that if you wish to keep your money safe that you DO NOT book through this team! They stole my entire booking fee and THEY KEPT MY 250 DAMAGES BOND!!!! They refused to give a refund when the most recent stage 4 vic lockdown came into effect on the same date of expected arrival nor would they offer a change of date. It was clearly a cancellation from the provider and did not provide any services. And again, they STOLE OUR 250 DAMAGES BOND when we didn't even stay there! It has been over a month since the expected departure date and we are yet to see a cent. I am now taking legal action to recoup our stolen funds. Absolutely livid, horrific experience.

The most difficult check in I have experienced in my entire life. Absolutely no help and/or support from the company and no compensation for a list of issues that occurred. I will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend that ANYONE stays here, especially for the price you pay. Appalled.
Really enjoyed this stay. Apartment was super clean and the whole experience just ran like clockwork. Highly recommend!
