Very beautiful Hindu temple with exquisite carvings, idols, and tall temple tower. Temple's beauty is enhanced in the evenings under light. Has its own restaurant (Canteen) that serves sumptuous Indian dishes on stipulated days and time that doesn't burn a hole in your pockets. Calm location to spend some time with family post the darshan in the midst of quite a few beautiful peacocks roaming the area. Recent road improvements has ensured safe and easy access to the temple. Parking isn't a problem with ample space. Have a go at it!!

It is the only big South India Temple in and around the suburbs of Brisbane. The temple inside is very well maintained and it is very spacious. There is grand festive atmosphere during festival days here and it is very peaceful and calm during the regular days. We love this temple and visit this place quite often. The area around the temple is huge and it can be made better by building a garden with flowers around the temple. The area around the temple looks incomplete at the moment, hopefully the temple management comes up with good garden area and benches to sit and spend a few minutes peacefully.

Nice and well maintained. Ease of Puja / Archana service is very satisfactory. Big plus is the farm animals and birds for kids. Delicious food at the canteen.

I went to Sri Selva Vinayakar Kovil for the first time yesterday and loved the place very much. I used to live in Adelaide and haven't connected much to the temple there. Hence, I had an opinion that temples overseas can't give the same feel of temples back home in India. So, I didn't except much before visiting this one. To my surprise, I was amazed by how beautiful and peaceful this place this. It does have good vibes and the holiness of a temple is felt. Thank you for the temple management for doing such a wonderful job in keeping this place beautiful and divine. Much appreciated.

A nice place to get a feel for Indian spirituality. If you go during the quieter periods the priests are usually happy to chat with you and give you a few insights into the various shrines and Gods present. The weekends tend to be pretty busy and there is a "canteen" that serves home cooked South Indian food (from around 10 am to 1 pm, from memory, but please double check their website for exact timings) which was pretty good.

Every temple has its own energy and aura. This temple has a magic when it comes to peace and positivity. The prasadam is absolutely tasty with reasonable price and best taste. I have two temples close to my home, but I prefer to drive 45mins just to have a darshan. Must visit temple. Hare Krishna
