Website unclear, received jars with no lids and now I have to pay for a second lot of shipping because these particular jars require lids to be purchase separately (not mentioned on the website). Have ordered dozens of jars in the past and they all came with lids In response to the reply: I have ordered dozens of jars in the past that came with lids, despite the photo showing just the jar. If most of your products come with lids then YES you should clearly state when another product doesn't, as this is out of the norm. You could have just acknowledged the shortfall and offered to make it right, but instead Ozfarmer has just argued with me here and by email. I know where I'm not shopping anymore

Very happy with my purchase (wecks jar lids), order was delivered the very next day which was a very nice surprise during covid! Website was easy to navigate, and ordering was straightforward. The lids are even better quality & fit than I imagined. I will be reordering again! Thanks so much guys.

Ozfarmer owns Ball Mason Australia whom I had the displeasure of ordering from recently. Firstly they don't want their customers calling them, they prefer a ticketing system. From my experience it is so they can reply 'Your reply has been noted' repeatedly when they don't want to have to deal with any problems they find especially annoying such as customers reminding them that charging a restocking fee for items that were damaged or not as described is against Australian Consumer Law. My last three tickets were dismissed in this manner. I will never recommend this outfit to anyone and I will never order from them again. The rudeness is just unbelievable, the unwillingness to address customer problems is just something I've never experienced before. Please stay away from these people, they just want your money, they don't care if you have any problems after sales. I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading.
