Absolutelly terrible! Towed a caravan down Armidale road on an emergency trip to get back home after been stranded for 51 days due to COVID-19. Had smoking brake pads and made it to Grafton. Been simply asking to talk to a mechanic after they had no time looking at the issue. Denied! Been told to simply move into queue for whatever that may take, indicating it could be hours. Finally called a mechanic back home that explained the situation plus dangers withing 30 seconds plus based on that we travelled home safely.
Thank you very much for the maximum effort put in to locating the problem with my car and then proceeding to fix the problem. They went over and beyond to help, even out of the warranty period.
