Could not fault BRG for there wonderful service. Our beach house in Wooli needed a new front door handle and lock as it went (kaput) on Friday at around 10:30am. I phoned Graham at BRG who said it was possible but on a Friday and knowing that the team knocks off at 2pm we could be struugling. Well hey presto, we (they) went to all stops and had the job done and dusted with time to spare, well done guys, you have one (1) very happy customer!

Lots of mistakes on build and delivery and somehow it's not their fault that things were left off in manufacture or not delivered. Management appears not to care less and will tell you anything to avoid admitting poor service and lack of attention to detail. Others we know will not use this company, and in my experience there are better businesses to deal with. Sales people are very helpful but let down by the production side of the cohort. I note that the manager has responded mouthing the usual platitudes about remedying their practices. The truth is that when my wife spoke to him she got the distinct impression that he could not have cared less. We actually made another purchase after the first and before this review. It was for a pair of flyscreen doors. They didn't deliver the auto close mechanism with the doors, and had to bring them later. There is a big gap between the doors themselves and when they overlap they cannot be opened. Another manufacturer told me that there should be a 'T' shaped rib the strengthen the doors and close the gap. There are also about8mm gaps under the doors, so the bugs can enter at will. But why make something that works well? At around 600 for two flyscreens you can reasonably expect a well engineered quality product.
