Having engaged the heat shop to intall both heating and solar systems i can comfortably say they have been both professional and a delight to deal with. All the guys we had dealing with went out of there way to ensure we had the best possible install and were happy with the service. I would be more than happy to recommend and use them again myself.

I was most impressed by the way Michael (Kenny) went about installing my air con. He was very polite and meticulous in how he went about ensuring the unit functioned perfectly. He also spent time explaining the best way to operate the remote. He even offered to replace a cracked tile that he noticed whilst he was working on my roof.
Not impressed! The staff are too busy to help the only customer in the store. Being told to come back another time by the receptionist is pretty rude and disrespectful
Fantastic, could not recommend them high enough. I have just had a split system installed, from the very beginning they were extremely professional, offering great advice regarding the ideal location of units for their efficiency, the required sizing and were more than happy to help answer any questions. We recently had ducted heating and cooling installed. We are really happy with the service, from start to finish. The installers were friendly,polite.A special thank you to Adam who spent most of time outside in the cold.
