The sales rep comes to get the order only when he/she feels like it. Called the warehouse and to get explanation and was abused by a rude guy that he said to be the owner. Learn to run a business, Sir, no surprises you are losing customers

Had what I wanted which was great, happy they are in town Customer service needs improvement, I was interrogated rather than served, I kept my patience but was made to feel like an idiot by the time I left. Funny when I looked at the invoice the product description I was giving was the product name, so don't know why the carry on:(
