We went through a very thorough process before choosing a recruiter to extend our team overseas which was based on very strict ethics and values. Our search started with 15 companies, and narrowed down to do by asking a series of questions and following criteria we believe met these values. Filta was a clear standout for us. The transparency and service actually exceeded our expectations, although this was emphasised even more as we grew our team and became more involved. We have heard about many other businesses having growing pains when looking overseas and even completely failing altogether, although working with Filta ensured we didn't have such an experience. Our business is very much embedded with Filtas and are extremely grateful (as are our staff and clients which is the main thing!) and expect this relationship to foster and grow for years to come.

As you know, its Jan’s third week and Eli’s first day essentially. Both of these guys have blown me away, Jan’s design skills are fantastic and he is the nicest guy I have worked with in a long time. Eli, well, she has totally blown me away, I haven’t found a WordPress developer that can keep up with me in speed and quality for a longtime and she pushes back!! Which is fantastic. I am absolutely blown away and thank you very much for the effort I know you have put in over the past couple of months to get these guys onboard so quickly. After being referred to FiltaGlobal in our endless hunt for a Shopify developer, we were so glad to have Efren and Nerissa on our team, hunting for the right person!
