Thanks for the efficient and speedy service in getting our engine up and running again. Andy was great and all the staff we dealt with were most helpful. We're cruising around Australia and finding good service when we need it isn't always possible so thank you!

The staff are very helpful, professional and quickly got the engine on my catamaran working again, even though I was on a mooring buoy in the bay. I rang in the morning with the fault and a mechanic was on the boat that afternoon. There is also a fully stocked chandlery shop and a friendly Labrador to pat :)

Great boat shop with all the required bits and bobs from dinghy sailing to Couta Boats!

Nice as pie until I questioned the bill, All I can say is DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Buyer beware. Being charged for additional storage which was brought about by delays in completing the work. Have been in business all my life, now I am retired, I do not wish to be taken for a "Rich Idiot" as was the feedback.

It’s unfortunate to receive a bad review. But after being treated poorly then this one is warrented. I phoned last Wednesday for a price on timber, Sally took the call and said she would get back to me with price and availability depending on whether they had any in stock.. Some 5 days later I rang to chase up the quotation . When the call was transferred to Sally she wasn’t aware that I could hear what was being said when the phone was away from her ear . something along the lines of ...” shoot I haven’t done that ( laugh) even the dog is laughing! ... hello Jamie how can I help you?” “ hi Sally I’m calling to see how you went with my pricing on the Iroko 5x2. I need to let my client know what they are up for” “Jamie, your request is on someone else’s desk down in the yard, I don’t have it with me..... Me ...” would you like me to give it to you again?” Sally - “ no, I know what you want. You want 6 x 1 inch.” Me - “ sorry Sally it was 2 lengths of 6x2 @ 3300 long. I would like to update it to 3 lengths” So after hearing about how they may have to machine it ( yep that’s why I asked for a quote) And she then obviously found the original request on her desk (despite being told it was down in the yard) I was told that organising a price was “among many things she has to do” and “maybe I would like to buy it elsewhere.” My reply “So Sally, what you are telling me is you now don’t want to supply the timber and I should go elsewhere 5 days after you said you’d get back to me?” Sally - “we’re a boat yard, not a timber yard! I can give the number of a yard if you like?” Me -“ don’t worry about it!” End phone call. It’s a pitty as I’ve bought this timber from them in the past and was happy to pay a premium for their service. Note to Sally - never treat a customer with contempt. I have been waiting for 5 days for a price and as Tim will very fly I’m happy to pay over the phone and up front. .
