These guys are so helpful, approachable, patient and accommodating. We have had nothing but great experiences and our sheds are second to none. Having all the leg work with councils etc makes life so much easier!!! They are professional, punctual and particular with their workmanship...Not to mention friendly. Wouldn't go any where else! Rainbow Building Solutions gave excellent service with the construction of our new garage. The quoting was prompt and the communication was quick and easy all through the process. We had an unusal construction and that was carried out perfectly. The tradesmen that came to site arrived early and worked really hard to complete our project in just 3 days. Everyone has been friendly and professional. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Prompt and professional service, great new roof for our deck, on time and at a reasonable price. Extremely happy with the result, highly recommended. On time tradesmen and do what they say they will do, no suprises.
These guys are terrific. They did all the council paperwork for me :) They set realistic timeframes. The job was done on time, on budget and looks terrific. Happy to recommend them to anyone. Our job was on the East Coast, which was no problem for them.

I cannot recommend Rainbow Garages highly enough. From the point of first contacting your company with my initial enquiry, you have walked through the features & benefits of your product over others. You identified what we required to meet our brief, and outlined clearly the process from ordering, receiving and erecting the shed. All of which, I am so happy to report, went exactly to plan. The quality of your product is second to none, many people have commented on how solid and strong it is. To have a one stop shop that does all the (council) paperwork and permits, makes it easy for those who have not had experience in this. I would also like to make a special mention of your installers. During a site visit I was fortunate enough to meet them and was taken aback with their professionalism, cleanliness and just how extremely polite they were. Very rare. Again, thanks to all at Rainbow Garages, and please know I would be happy to talk to any potential clients who may be contemplating using your services. We were looking for a company who could provide a complete house and shed package - including digging, cement slab, council approvals and construction - with minimal input from ourselves. After receiving three quotes, it was clear that Rainbow Building Solutions offered the better deal, it was more integrated, detailed, well considered and comprehensive. We would have no hesitation using this company again or recommending them to others.
Asked for a quote a few years ago, they were almost double the price of other reputable builders for a shed. Recently thought I would try them again for the main house, about a 400k project....was turned away by Josh about not getting the shed job....guess I got him on a bad day, but one strike and you're out with bad service. 2019 November Follow up....ended up getting 3 sheds of various sizes from a company called Sheds 'n' Homes...best decision I ever made.
Extremely disappointing experience all round especially with the so called "quality" of their product and the lack of concern shown by Rainbow Building Solutions Head Office to have a rusting problem rectified. Go somewhere else and ignore the review from "Nick Smith" on the Sorell page as I believe he is an owner of the company … sad when an owner has to post his own reviews to boost the overall rating. His review has been reported. I did receive an email response to the concerns raised although I suspect it was to try and make a genuine problem go away. It would be professional if attention was paid to the information and photos that were provided to Nick rather than rehashing what I suspect is a well-used stock response to the poor quality of the product. Any assertion that is made by Rainbow that the issues were at "toe height" is not at all accurate unless you are lying on your back with your feet in the air or standing on your head! The door is not used, yet has rusted through (not just oxidation) in places so cannot simply be attributed to "fair wear and tear". It is more than just a maintenance issue - it is a consumer affairs issue. Own up to the problem, fix it and then I will be happy to change the reviews and withdraw the complaint to consumer affairs and the other interested parties.
