During my recent dealings with Chapel Press, it was lovely to collaborate with a business that were passionate about, and took pride in, their work. From the early stages, through to completion, the process was remarkably swift and easy - nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Looking to re-brand, with no real idea of the direction I wanted to go, Russell and his team provided me with insights and ideas to help me with this. They took the time to get a sense of what my business was about, so that they were able to best communicate this in their work. If you are looking for your standard, generic business cards (and the like), this is not the place for you - my finished products are a work of art! I can honestly say that I will be using Chapel Press in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is clearly Not a client focused business. Dont both if you need something in a hurry! And dont expect them to meet any deadline you have either. I recently contacted ChapelPress to prepare a quote for the redesign of my business logo and the preparation of artwork suitable for site signs and for the supply of business cards. I had a great and informative chat with Russell the owner of ChapelPress who came up with a number of options for me. I emailed them my brief on the 30 January noting that the artwork for the site signes was particularly urgent. It took ChapelPress another week before I phoned and/or emailed them again requesting the quote. I phoned twice, once on Friday and again the following Monday. I was promised the quote the next day but it did not arrive. I phoned again - well u have got the picture im sure. I finally received the quote the following day (today). The quote was fine but not as detailed as I had requested (sort of acceptable I suppose). When I phoned to discuss when I could expect the artwork for the urgently needed sign boards, I was then told I would need to wait another week before they could even start it!! This nearly 1.5 weeks after the initial contact!! And when I raise this with them, both Russell and the designer Sam were extremely short and unapologetic about neglecting to have told me on the 30th January that they simply did not have the staff to do the work..... Wow.
