At last! A technician who has people skills as well as technical knowledge!!! The proprietor is the only solar technician/electrician I have found, in the Bunbury area, who genuinely takes pride in not only his work, but makes customer satisfaction a priority, which is something that seems to be a rarity in this day and age. I have used quite a few electricians in the last three years and I only called on one firm a second time, and that was somewhat unsatisfactory. I will be calling on James for all my electrical needs in the future. He was extremely personable and knew his craft, intimately. He has corrected problems that other solar technicians could not - or would not - be bothered to fully rectify, leaving me in the lurch and unnecessarily out of pocket. He was on time and on budget for the work to be done. I cannot speak highly enough of this gentleman and his business. I will be extolling his virtues to anyone and everyone I can. I only wish I had stumbled across him sooner... it would have saved my bank balance (and my sanity) from huge insult.

The team were very friendly and carried out an outstanding install of our solar panels. Our house was left spotless and you could not tell any tradesmen had been working at all. Very good service
The job was organised quickly and all the paperwork was sorted out very easily. All installed in one day and very happy with the result.
I would highly recommend James from SolarTech for the solar system service and install. James had the knowledge and time to explain the benefits of different systems before i went ahead. Once book in the job was quick to completed to a high standard and was given an in depth run down on how to maintain and view system online. Couldn't of asked for better service.

After speaking with 4 local solar companies, I chose James at Solartech. He took the time to really understand our power consumption patterns and came up with a solution that would offer us the best outcomes for the smallest investment. Most of the other providers seemed more interested in pushing us into their latest "deal" or upselling us to a system which wasn't really suitable for our home. A few months on now, we're finding that our powerbill has been reduced by 64% and with a few more changes at our end I'm sure we can squeeze a little more out of it! The installation was neat, and his team we're very professional. Highly recommended.
