David was great. Process was very simple from start to finish. He came over and quoted us. We then made a few changes as what I wanted could not fit on my roof. So David was very good and quoted me on a few options. After I gave him the go ahead the panels were being installed with in a few weeks. I haven't looked back. Thanks David, thanks Solar Run.
David and the team sorted me out to the best of their ability and after much to and fro, their quote was the sharpest. My system was a smaller add-on to a larger system and a bit of a complex mess to work with but they made it happen. They cracked a couple of my roof tiles in the installation process but the big rain alerted us to it and they were back to check it in detail the first dry day after. The tiles were fixed immediately before any further damage was done. They also came back and set up the system to work seamlessly with 2 monitoring systems that I have in place. I am quite pleased with the outcome.
