Sam was extremely helpful with what could have been a very confusing and overwhelming process. He was willing and available through every step of the solar experience. The whole process from start to finish was very professionally handled by Sam and Solar Run are very fortunate to have such a customer focused individual. I called Sam to get a quote on 8/10/20 and got the installation quote for participation in the Solar Homes Program. Forms completed, documentation provided with Sam assisting all the way to make it easier. On 13/10/20 My Solar Home application was approved. Delays were experienced due to COVID19 with restrictions to be followed. On 29/12/20 solar panels were installed and Sam went above and beyond by doing the paperwork to set meter alteration which was done promptly. Thanks Sam to you and your team members and Solar Run for a very happy customer experience. I have recommended Sam to many of my friends.
I'm very satisfied with the smooth and seamless process delivered by Sam from Solar Run. Great stuff from Team Sam out here in Melb West. They did a fantastic job with installation and everything. Tech onsite explained me everything in detail and helped with app configuration. Really good customer service and speedy installation. Once installation was done, they cleaned the whole area. Kudos to awesome work ethics. Highly recommended.
Recently had a 6.6 KW solar Installation done from Solar Run Lara ( Sam ) for my home. Below is my experience. Sam is quite a professional. He explained all the bits and pieces and answered all of my queries promptly and with appropriate details. I did take several other quotations from the market. Sam's quotation was very competitive. The delivery of the solar products and installation was preciously on time. I would definitely recommend him.
