Always friendly and happy to give professional and unbiased advice rather than pushing for a sale. Will has ordered items in for me personally and provides regular updates. The repair and servicing is well priced and they have done last minute repairs for me to be able to get to a gig on time where other stores just chuck you on a wait list. Couldn’t recommend Solar Brass and Woodwind more highly.
