Have had solar panels installed by the Solar E team. Very professional and the salespeople very helpful and informative. Have had the 3KW system in place for 5months and have had a great result with our power bill reduced quite dramatically. Great to deal with.

I used this company some seven years ago to built a nicely working 5 Kw system and I need it expanded. But now their Leach Highway office is closed up and they are uncontactable.
The SolarE team have ample of knowledge about Hot Water system products and Solar Power systems. We are build a new house and had no idea what system would work for the house and what the return would be, the general Manager was super. He was totally amazing with advice and also spoke directly to our build to help us out further to avoid any confusion. The advice which has been given to me has enabled me to save lots of money in terms of how this should be installed and having the right Hot water system for the house. I will be using SolarE again for my solar power systems in the near future, and would highly be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks you SolarE Team!!
We had the misfortune of dealing with this company this year trying to get a 5kw system installed on new build. From beginning to end we have had nothing but problems with the paper work they did on our behalf for the REBS, after being told by our consultant " leave it to us"... Well i've spent over 12 hours on the phone over the last 2 months trying to get everything sorted out with synergy and western power! To date we are still trying to get our buyback credit sorted out, although they do now acknowledge we have a solar system so i'm getting somewhere... We had 3 different consultants over the 5 month period and were never informed by the company at any stage our consultants had been fired,left or whatever. This meant trying to call their mobiles was a never ending voicemail cycle and emails were getting returned to sender. Leaving you to yet again ring the head office and try and explain who you were, what you needed and they would ring back once they managed to find your file, which could take a while. I've only touched on a host of problems encountered with this company and if we hadn't of put down a deposit at the start we would have got rid of these installers and gone with someone else. Do yourself a favour and save the heartache and go with someone else!!!
