How is it that a business that deals in solar hot water units does not know what a pr valve is? They keep wanting to give me a tpr valve.

Got solar in November 2019, they were good until we paid the deposit, Just a list of what went wrong; Communication stopped once they got the deposit, we had to ring them to verify the install date, since they only gave a rough date at the time; They turned our inverter on, when we got our first bill, which should have been 0, but was 350, we found out that they sign a form saying that Ergon will turn on the inverter when they change the meter; They sent us an form to sign, that had a list of items we were meant to receive pre-checked by Solarhart, we only received about half those items, most of which were sent at the same time, we had to call them to get the rest, Save your trouble and go somewhere else
