Easy to use website with a large range of outdoor products. I have gotten a lot of hiking gear from here and the shipping was very fast. One of the items I purchased was out of stock and they handled it easily with no fuss and shipped it out a few days after the other items I had bought had arrived. Pricing is fantastic. I have yet to go to the physical store so cannot comment on that.
Got the last camp oven on Saturday. Cooked a pork in it Sunday. Friendly and helpful staff . We will be back
Excellent Service and a very easy site to navigate along with great prices. We ordered something on the Friday afternoon of the Easter weekend we had it delivered on Wednesday morning. We are very impressed.
Delivery was fast considering we are in a pandemic. Item received as described. I used the items on our last family camping and have been blessed with a 10-15 mm rain. Coleman tent kept me and my family dry :) I'm a very happy customer :). I bought a Coleman 10P Northstar lighted tent and an airbed double high with builtin pump.
I can't understand how their online and phone service and delivery are so great but the instore experience so bad. I walked in ready to hand over 500 for what I needed, no service whatsoever. Pick up your game guys, there are so many other options close by that provide a superior experience and they're always happy to price match.The second time I've shopped there and I won't be going back, will stick to online
One of the best online store in the Country. Most of my outdoor gears are bought from this store. The shipping is reasonable, but mostly free if exceed to 70 of purchased gears. One thing I like most is the costumer service of Snowys Outdoor. They always make sure the costumer will never forget to comeback. They also have huge range of outdoor products with the best price. If you want to be happy on your outdoor gear shopping, remember snowys outdoor... Highly recommended.
I love shopping with Snowys they always have great prices and fast delivery. It's also cool that you can shop there with afterpay and Zip pay. They stock the best gear for all your camping / caravan needs. I haven't had to return anything yet.
