Amazing service!! Highly recommend. They really take the time to get you the right gear and listen to your needs especially for boos. Best selection of boots for beginners and advanced skiiers. Custom shell fitting / own boot oven. Customised fit inserts to on site. Very passionate staff. Especially the cheerful Austrian guy. Well spent money. So happy :)

Recently bought quite a bit of new ski kit including boots at Snowbound. There's a dizzying variety of ski boots available in the market right now, snowbound help you navigate this simply. They are experts that care about you getting exactly what you need. Exceptional service and confidence inspiring fitting process and adjustments. David and the team are very friendly and welcoming. It's a proper ski shop staffed with experts that make you feel special. After a number of years away from skiing this is now my go to ski shop. Old school quality personal customer service with all the best kit and advice.
