Had an awesome experience at this place. I came in with boots I had bought from another store that I found a bit uncomfortable and wanted to see if they could help me fix them. Turned out that those snowboard boots were useless and Rob helped me find a new pair of snowboard boots. The price was fair and the quality was amazing. I just came back from my snow trip and I'm stoked with the new boots. I had a totally different experience and felt like I could improve my skills a lot more. Every time I have come in to this store, staff have been extremely helpful and patient. They take the time to explain everything to you and get you to try on different gear until you're happy with what you're going to purchase. I highly recommend this store. Thank you guys!

Really good service! I haven't bought anything there because there are no sizes for me but one of the guys named Rob assisted us the whole time, explaining all the items about snowboard stuff I'm interested in. If you are looking for snow gears and apparel, visit this warehouse! All staff are friendly and they have the best deals!

Hands down best ski/board shop in Sydney metro. Team is always so friendly, go the extra mile and treat beginners the same as they do experts. I love the guy who is as obsessed about Armada as I am, always a good chat and helped me fix a boot problem for free today. Never about the up-sell, always about getting the customer the right thing.
I got my board waxed here, and they redid a base repair I had done a while ago for a really good price, and did an incredible job. Initially paid 120 for the repair and these guys did a way nicer job for 30. Legends
