I went in at 2pm after looking at many other bed and furniture stores in the area that day. I was keen for a new bed to be delivered to my home that day and once I told Kim (the saleswoman who helped me), she immediately started helping me find options i could have in my home that same day. Kim arranged for delivery from the warehouse and helped me choose my perfect pillows and quilt. She even gave me an amazing discount. I then stopped in to get new bed sheets and quilt cover on my way home and by the time I arrived back after an hour, the bed was being delivered and my partner was signing for it. Im still amazed by the service i received from Kim at Snooze, she is warm and lovely to talk to and was not trying to push any extra sales onto me. Not to mention, my new king bed is total heaven. Thank you!
