We are looking around at mattresses to purchase today and unfortunately snooze didn't have what we where after. But the staff there are fantastic. Micheal was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If we can't find anything today and we have to order i will definitely be going back to see Micheal.

We had a problem with a mattress we bought a few years back, Greg was empathetic and understanding. He let us exchange it for a new mattress and even included delivery and collection of the old one. Outstanding customer service. Very happy with our new one.

We have bought mattresses here before but never felt as pressured by a youngish salesman. He was affronted that my husband and I wanted to go away and discuss the beds on offer whilst having a coffee. Instead he insisted we make a decision then and there or he wouldn't give us a discount. We ended up with a mattress we're not happy with.

Good service in the store: salesman provided useful information about their mattresses. Advised delivery would be 'about' 10 days. Called back 11 days later (on a Wednesday) to check on delivery date. Advised that the mattress would 'probably' be arriving later in the week and delivered on Wednesday next week... 18 days after purchase. Hoping that the installation service is better than some of the other reviews here have reported. (UPDATE) Just received a call from the original salesman we dealt with (Glenn). He's pulled some strings and managed to get us into a delivery slot for this Friday, so that'll be 14 days from original purchase date. Revised from 2 stars to 4.
