We are very pleased with our custom mattress as well as the mattress for our spare bedroom. Lyn was very helpful with our choices and arranged to keep them on hold until we moved house. Unfortunately a major mix-up in the paper-work caused some inconvenience and stress when the delivery men told us that they couldn’t follow through with the requested, and agreed upon, installation of the matching bed-head and 4-draw base due to lack of time. We were physically unable to do this ourselves. They were also not prepared to remove the old mattresses & base, as had been ordered, and would call back at the end of the day to do that. They called, but said they would return the next day, which they did. Thankfully, after more calls to Snooze, Sam offered to install the bed himself the next day, which was the official moving day to our new house. The moving guys were shocked that Snooze had not taken away all the packing cardboards and plastic mattress protectors. That was left to us to do ourselves - not all that easy. We had expected a smooth delivery etc but had three days of unnecessary stress. All in all - 5 stars for the actual items purchased but only 1 star for the final messed up service, or lack there of (5 stars also for Sam who came to the installation rescue-not his job -thank you)
